The staff at Clock Tower Dental is its most valuable asset. Our staff is trained to function as a team and each member truly cares about people. The goal of this team is to deliver the best dental care and services to all our patients.

Our viewpoint is “behind every patient there exists a real person”. This focus is what makes our office so special and what ultimately separates us from other professional dental offices.

To schedule an appointment, please call (516) 352-1000. Same day or next day appointment requests will be given, based upon availability. New patients are always welcomed.

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (516) 352-1000 and one of the dentists will be contacted immediately. You may also call Dr. Kelley or Dr. Rayhan with an emergency:

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Patients will be billed for late cancellations or no-shows. Please schedule only definite appointments.

Dental Insurance Plans

Our office participates with most dental insurance plans. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances. Patients also have the option of paying the dental fees in advance, receiving a discount for the advance payment, and then receiving their insurance reimbursement check directly from the insurance company.

Financial Policy

Co-payments and co-insurances are due at the time services are rendered. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, insurance assignment and the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Please call our office for more information regarding financing.

For extensive treatments, payment plans may be arranged. Patients may review a treatment authorization form and financial agreement before treatment is initiated. For crowns, bridges and other major work, full payment must be made prior to completion of the treatment.

Telephone Calls to the Dentists

If you have dental questions which only the dentist can answer, a message will be taken and your dental file will be given to Dr. Kelley or Dr. Rayhan who will return your call the same day. If your question is non-dental, a qualified staff member will be pleased to assist you.
