Appointments/Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Your first visit will include a thorough examination by Dr. Michael Kelley, Dr. Ramin Rayhan or Dr. Richard Nejat. We will share different treatment options available and will review diagnostic information, including:

• Dental X-Rays
• Periodontal Exam Results
• Oral Cancer Screening
• Intraoral Camera Photographs
• Diagnodent Cavities Detector

What to Bring to Your First Appointment

• List of Current Medications
• Dental Insurance Information

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call 516-352-1000 so that the physician on call can be contacted.
